Guest Lists

When making your guest list, it is good to first define your target audiences, compile your invitation list and seek approval/edits from your vice president, dean, director or college development officer. Be sure to coordinate with the Office of the President, the Office of the Provost and the secretary of the Board of Regents regarding the participation of these individuals in your event.

Consider if it is appropriate to invite the vice presidents and deans to your event.

You may submit written requests of lists for the following groups to:

  • Alumni/Development Prospects: Office of Development, 940-565-2900
  • Faculty/Staff: Office of Human Resources, 940-565-3995
  • Parents/Students: Office of the Registrar, 940-565-2369

For mailing out invitation lists of substantial size, contact Printing and Distribution Solutions at 940-565-3619 to help you with your list. You will need to provide a mailing list in Excel format and specific instructions for mass labeling/mailing including date for distribution, and an account number for billing.

Note: it is preferable not to use labels; however, clear labels are sometimes used.
