Name Tags

Name tags are important for several reasons:

  1. Help guests learn and use each others' names; this is especially helpful for off-campus guests.
  2. To record attendance.
  3. Help monitor security.

Name tags should be printed (or written neatly) and arranged in alphabetical order at the registration/check-in table. Be sure to have blank name tags and a good pen available in case any changes need to be made or extra guests come.

Printing Services can create and merge name tags and/or provide blank UNT name tags.

Name tags should include:

  • UNT logo and/or word-mark
  • Guest's full name.
  • Optional: prefix and title (If prefix is unknown, leave it off; do not guess. An incorrect prefix could be highly offensive.)
